Getting Started

If you decide to go forward with the process we will need the following in order to prepare the information for FEMA:

  1. A copy of the deed for the property, showing the recordation information

  2. Completed Property Information Form (below)
    * indicates required field

Fee for removing a structure from the FEMA SFHA: $2000

A deposit of $1,000 is required upon initiation of the process. A second payment of $1,000 is due upon the successful completion of the removal of the structure. Should Ward Engineering, LLC be unsuccessful in removing the structure from the SFHA, a full refund will be issued — no questions asked.
